At our health camps at school, we give the children a possiblity to get a health check-up which their families would never be able to afford. We also conduct personal health and hygiene sessions to ensure that they will know the importance of this to stay healthy.
It's important to teach women about specific health issues that relate to them; e.g. breast cancer, cervical cancer, uterine prolapse and more, so they will be able to discover these in time to get treatment.
A bit more than 55% of the population in rural Nepal do not have access to improved sanitation. Help us create a cleaner and safer environment for our communities.

Stuart lives in Germany and is an international school teacher and librarian. His poetry collection, SONGS OF BOYHOOD MEMORY, is now available as a Kindle book from various Amazon sites.
A percentage of the proceeds from the 1st edition will go to Friends of Volunteers Initiative Nepal, so by buying this you will support Friends of VIN.
He has worked at schools in Botswana, South Africa, Germany, Turkey, Indonesia and Curacao. He has a Master's in International Education, a BA in German, French and Politics, is a qualified teacher, and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Information and Library Studies. He is studying for a diploma in Interior Design.
Stuart Crouch started writing song lyrics and music in his early twenties and added poetry and short stories in his thirties. His children's story, SHINE, was published in 2012.
Stuart's current project is the Daniel Moss Trilogy, consisting of the novels BIRTHRIGHT, LIFELINE, and DEATH THROES.
